Yes. Canna-Envy does not condone animal testing in any way. We do not test any of our products on animals whatsoever, and we do not test any of our ingredients on animals. Instead, we choose to test our products on people – of course, with their permission.

Why should I create an account?
Creating an account makes for faster and easier checkout and helps you keep track of your orders. After creating an account, you will be able to View your orders, Manage your subscriptions, Add/update billing information, Add/update shipping address, and Update your name or password.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, you must click the Sign In tab on the homepage, then click Forgot Password. You will then receive a Password Reset Email. This link will expire after 24 hours. Please note, the option to reset your password does notappear on the checkout page
How do I change my E-Mail?
At this time, it is not possible to change the email address associated with your account. Customers needing to change their email address should create a new account using your updated email.
Do I have to make an account to check out?
No. You are not required to create an account to purchase from our site.
Will orders still appear in my account if I make a purchase while not signed in?
No. Any orders made while not signed in, will not be listed on your account.
Where can I purchase a Canna-Envy gift card?

Can I Refund my Gift Card?
Yes, refunds are offered for unused gift cards only. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded. Please note – it is not possible to get a partial refund for unused gift cards.
When does my gift card expire?
Canna-Envy gift cards do not expire.
Will I receive a physical gift card in the mail?
No. After purchasing a gift card, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code. Customers can print gift card codes, but they are not available as physical, plastic cards.
What if I lose my gift card code?
If you lose your gift card code, contact us at CannaEnvy@gmail.com so we can resend the email containing your code. In your email please include your first and last name, the email address associated with the purchase, and a contact phone number to reach you.
Can I refund purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance. For our refund policies refer to Returns and Exchanges on our FAQ page.

All drug tests vary as to what compounds are being analyzed, so because of this, we are unable to make any claims or guarantees regarding use of our products and drug tests.

Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
At Canna-Envy, we like our customers to be satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with a Canna-Envy purchase or gift for any reason, Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Canna-Envy monitors return activity for abuse and we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges. Returns must be within 30 days of the date which the product was delivered. For a Full refund, product must be in a brand new, unused condition.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Although we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged/defective product, you must report this within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective Canna-Envy will replace the product at no additional charge.
How do I make a return?
Purchases made on our website can be returned for any reason up to 30 days after delivery. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason you wish to return your product. Please include your first and last name, the email associated with the order, order number, and a contact phone number. Canna-Envy does not cover shipping costs of returned items unless the product is deemed defective.
Do I get a refund for returned products?
To get a full refund, Canna-Envy products must be returned within 30 days after delivery, unopened, in brand new condition. After a product is opened, or in gently used condition we only offer partial refunds.

When can I expect my product after I make a purchase?
You will receive your products within 3-5 business days after purchasing. Our processing time is 1-3 business days, and all products are shipped 2-day. What type of payments do you accept?

What kind of subscriptions does Canna-Envy offer?
Canna-Envy offers two different types of subscriptions. We have a Subscription Box and Product Subscriptions.
*What is the difference between the Subscription box and a Product Subscriptions?
The Subscription Box is a box full of Canna-Envy products (4-7 products) that get shipped quarterly. Our ProductSubscriptions are your favorite products that you choose to be mailed to you monthly, at a discounted rate.
How does shipping and billing work?
Payment for the Subscription Box will be charged to your account quarterly (Every 3 months). Payments for a ProductSubscriptions will be charged to your account monthly. All Charges will be made on the same corresponding day each month. We ship out subscriptions typically 1-3 business days after a successful payment.
Can I Purchase a subscription with a gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot be applied to subscription products.
How can I manage my subscription from my account?
After subscribing to a product, click on My Account and then select Subscriptions. From there you will see details on the next order date, Price, Subscription frequency, Order history, and saved billing and shipping information.
Can I delay a payment on my subscription?
Yes. If you need to delay a payment, please notify us at least 1 week before renewal date to ensure a delayed payment. If you cannot contact us at least 1 week in advance, there is no guarantee that we can delay it for you. Please note – if you delay a payment, all future payments will be charged on the new corresponding date.
Can I skip a renewal on a subscription?
No. If you are unable to make a payment, we suggest contacting us to delay a payment.
How can I change the shipping address associated with my subscription product?
To change the shipping address, Customers must cancel their subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.
